On the Right Path for a Sustainable and Equitable Plan
Before amending the Regulation respecting insurance contributions, the SAAQ is required to obtain the opinion of the Panel of Experts on automobile insurance contributions. The Panel must hold public hearings to gather public opinion on the regulatory amendments regarding insurance contributions contemplated by the SAAQ.
The SAAQ proposal is presented in a briefing document entitled On the Right Path for a Sustainable and Equitable Plan, which will be the basis for the public consultations.
