Does Your Vehicle Have Airbags?

Caution!
Never install a child car seat on the front seat of a vehicle that has a passenger side airbag.

All children ages 12 and under should sit on the vehicle's rear seat.

Whether a child is in a child car seat or not, if you have no other option but to sit a child in the front seat, it is important to deactivate the vehicle's airbag and position the passenger seat as far back as possible to ensure the child is as far away as possible from the windshield. This precaution can make a difference in a crash.
