• If you are challenging a claim decision by the SAAQ before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec. You will automatically be sent a copy of documents, free of charge, in connection with the decision contested.
• If you want to open a compensation claim. In that case, click on to reach us.
• If you want general information, we can be reached by telephone or by email.
• If you want information regarding an individual's claim, you must click on to reach us.

Should none of the above situations apply, you may use this secure form to make your request:
