Direct Deposit of Compensation
No need to wait for your cheque: the SAAQ can deposit compensation payments directly into your bank account!
Fill out the Direct deposit request form (PDF: 103 Kb - 1 page) without delay. Remember to enclose a voided cheque sample (marked CANCELLED). Do not staple the cheque to the form.
The form may also be used to notify the SAAQ of an account change.
Apply sufficient postage and mail your envelope to this address:
