Income Tax – Relevé 5

If you received an income replacement indemnity from the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), you will receive a Relevé 5 slip. You must enter it into calculations when preparing your provincial income tax return.

Slips are mailed each year in early February. See the Revenu Québec Web site on the subject.
