Driver's Licence Plus – Applicant's Guide

Canadians entering the U.S. by land or sea ports of entry are required to present a document that indicates their identity and citizenship. Because the driver's licence Plus is a driver's licence and a travel document, you can cross the U.S. border whether you are travelling by car, train, bus, boat... This licence cannot be used to enter the U.S. by air travel.
