Each day, approximately ten pedestrians are involved in traffic accidents across Québec.

Pedestrians, Be Safety Conscious! When you use the province's roads on foot, you have no protection if you are struck by a vehicle.  Don't take chances.

Drivers, yield the right of way to pedestrians Give them extra consideration, particularly at intersections where there are more pedestrians.
