Conduct Review Policy for Heavy Vehicle Owners and Operators

To meet the requirements of the Act respecting owners, operators and drivers of heavy vehicles, the SAAQ created a conduct review policy for heavy vehicle owners and operators. The policy defines the rules concerning the make-up of owner and operator records and the terms and conditions of conduct assessment. The purpose is to identify and intervene as quickly as possible with those at risk in terms of road safety and protecting the road network.
