Total Loss Inspection Program

A vehicle that has been declared a “total loss” after an accident and has since been rebuilt, must undergo a technical appraisal and a mechanical inspection before it can be used on Québec roads. The total loss inspection program goal is to ensure that rebuilt vehicles meet safety standards.
