What is a PDF document and how do I use it?

PDF (Portable Document Format) is a universal file format that allows you to read, print or download a document from online while maintaining the fonts, graphics and general format of that document. PDF files are light and print properly from any peripheral equipment.

For security purposes, these PDF files can be viewed only using Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher. If you are currently using an older version of Adobe Reader, we recommend downloading a more recent version.
