Truck

A road vehicle with a net weight of over 3,000 kg, manufactured for the sole purpose of transporting goods and equipment that is permanently anchored to it or both.

Farm vehicle

A farm vehicle with a net weight of over 3,000 kg belonging to a farmer (an individual who holds a farm registration card issued by the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation du Québec, or an individual who is a member of a recognized association under the Farm Producers Act), that is used primarily to transport agricultural goods or the material necessary to produce such goods.
