When can you use this online service?

• Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Sunday from noon to 11 p.m.

Note: Any operation completed after 11:00 p.m. will not be recorded.

Who is this online service for?

For anyone who wishes to make an appointment for a knowledge test to obtain a taxi driver's (Class 4C) licence.

Note: You must first hold a taxi driver's (Class 4C) licence to obtain a taxi driver's permit. If you already have a taxi driver's licence you can make an appointment for a knowledge test to obtain a taxi driver's permit.

You must...

• Have 12 months of driving experience;
• Have provided a medical report to the SAAQ before the test;
• Have the identity documents and other documents specified in your appointment confirmation.

Duration of the test

Knowledge: 1 hour.

Costs for obtaining a licence for various classes of driver's licence.
